BD-ROM Drive Disc Association gets switched with my BD-RE Drive

Hi when i go to eject my BD-ROM drive or my BD-RE drive from my computer the associations get switched. and when a disc is inserted the associations get switched. like if i were to put a DVD in my BD-ROM drive it pops up on my BD-RE drive on my computer.
